Senior Property Manager/Leasing Agent
Yvette holds a California Real Estate License and is part of our leasing, sales, and management team. She has been leading our property management department in the care of our properties since 2006. She understands all aspects of each property and executes the management within the owner's operation budget and goals to ensure each property is maintained at the highest level. She performs inspections and oversees maintenance issues and improvements, working in close partnership with our owners. Yvette takes pride in getting all vacant units rent-ready and leased as quickly as possible in order to minimize downtime and maximize investment for our clients. Yvette has excellent communication skills and competently represents our owner's best interest at all times in her dealings with tenants, vendors, and all those associated with the management of each property. Yvette is a life-long Ventura County resident and has intimate knowledge of the area and market.
