Central Coast Properties provides full tenant support from beginning to end. Our goal is to have great relationships with our tenants and property owners. This is achieved through good communication and attentive, responsive service.
Common Tenant Questions:
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of every month and is considered late on the 4th day (late fees apply). Unless otherwise stated in your lease.
Who do I make my check payable to?
Make checks payable to Central Coast Properties. Cash not accepted. Cashiers Check or Money Order only after the 3rd of the month.
Where do I deliver my rent?
Mail your rent payment to PO Box 2872, Camarillo, CA 93011, or drop it off at our office at 401 Mobil Avenue, Suite 11, Camarillo, CA 93010. We are also pleased to offer a way for you to securely access your account information and pay online through our Tenant Web Access Portal. Please call 805.389.6803 to set-up your account.
If I have a maintenance problem, what should I do?
Call 805.389.6803 during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. For emergencies, please call 805.389.6803, ext. 2, and leave a message with your phone number and property address. One of our service representatives will be paged and get right back to you.
