We feel very fortunate to have chosen the right person for this job. We had two investment properties Tracey & Curtis were managing for us at the time. We decided it was time to sell and move our properties to San Diego via the 1031 exchange.
Tracey had to find a way to sell 2 homes with tenants in them, one of which had recently signed a new lease. On top of that, both properties had to close at about the same time to maximize the timeline for our exchange.
We brainstormed on different plans and strategies. Long story short, both closed within 2 weeks of each other, in time for our successful exchange. The significance here, is the timeline of how everything came together. Tracey had to do a lot of work in a short period of time getting the properties ready to sell, since we lived out of the area. The first home had an all cash offer in a couple of weeks and the second home listed had multiple offers in 2 days.
Whenever there was a challenge, Tracey had a great attitude, kept at it, and successfully closed both escrows in time for us to purchase our replacement property.
It was an amazing accomplishment. With her vast knowledge of the market and area, she understood what needed to be done, and devised a successful strategy to get both properties sold. She screened the buyers to make sure we had the right (strong) buyers for this situation and she really dug in when there were challenges to get the job done.
