Broker Associate/Senior Property Manager
Oneil holds a California Broker's License and is part of our leasing, sales, and management team. He earned a BA in Business Administration from California State University Channel Islands while working fulltime at Central Coast Properties. He is currently working on getting his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member designation). Oneil grew up in the real estate business and continues to build his knowledge in all aspects of the company. Oneil is hard working, motivated and willing to go the extra mile to minimize risk and maximize cash flow on the properties he manages. He facilitates marketing, leasing, inspections, repairs, and improvements with our client’s best interest in mind at all times. Oneil has been with the company since 2012 and is an integral part of the future of Central Coast Properties.
