Katia holds a California Real Estate License and earned her BA in Business Administration, with a minor in Spanish, from California State University Fullerton. She participated in the highly regarded Enterprise Management Program, focusing on developing leadership, management, & customer service skills. Supporting our property management staff and responding to the needs of our tenant, owners, & vendors is her highest priority. Katia is proficient in handling all areas of property administration, managing repair requests, marketing available properties, processing applications, & insurance compliance. She is hardworking and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, with excellent follow up & follow through, taking care of urgent matters in a timely manner. We appreciate Katia’s contributions to the success of CCP and the clients we serve!
