Jennifer has extensive knowledge and experience in the administrative and marketing fields. Since 2013, she has maintained an exceptional customer service oriented relationship with all our clients, owners, tenants, and vendors. Jennifer ensures the needs of those associated with our properties are met, and takes on each challenge with a can-do attitude. She is an extremely competent administrator and assists with A/R, A/P, tracking and compliance of vendor & tenant insurance, and collections. Jennifer is also talented in the creation and development of all online and print materials for marketing our available properties. She is tech savvy and has been instrumental in implementing our state-of-the-art property management software. Jennifer sincerely cares about her work and it shows in the finished product.
